So many people don't realize that having good Mental Health is just as essential as good physical health. Mental Health is inclusive of emotional, social, and psychological well-being. Mental Health is how you act, feel, and think as you learn to cope with life.  It helps determine how you handle stress, make daily decisions, and relate to others.  Mental Health is important at every stage of life.  You must learn to balance the negative and positive emotions that you feel. Of course, it's natural to feel some negative emotions such as disappointment or sadness. No matter how much you strive to stay positive, moving past difficult circumstances will require you to actually feel and explore them. As you navigate through the highs and lows of your feelings, they can really begin to help you respond to a problem in a more productive manner.  Stop nurturing your bad things that happened months or even years ago. Instead, focus on good things and try to cling to positive emotion

TOMORROW ISN'T PROMISED Tomorrow isn't promised to anyone. Tomorrow may never come. What if it doesn't? Time is like a vapor; it fades away so quickly. The clock is ticking concerning Salvation. Eternal Life stands in the open gulf. God is calling names by the thousands. Don't keep procrastinating. Don't keep delaying. Stop putting off what you can do today for tomorrow. Salvation is a FREE GIFT!!! Ask God to forgive you of all sins. Invite Jesus Christ into your heart to be your Lord and Savior. Sinner's Prayer: God please forgive me of all my sins. Create in me a clean heart and renew within me a right spirit. I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and He was crucified, died, was buried, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand if God the Father. Certainly,  2020 has been rocky and full of uncertainty.  The past twelve months has brought more heartache and worry than many people have seen in decades.  A large number of people have had their faith in God shaken as it has been tested during job loss, health issues, lack of finances and lack of resources, and the uprising of civil unrest.
